Indie Expo Canada Nail Art & EOTD

Eyeshadow tutorial

Hello readers,
Today I have the nail art and eyeshadow look I wore to Indie Expo Canada to share with you. I was feeling hues of teal and blue and tried to showcase products from some of the attending vendors. Let's take a look at what I came up with.

Indie Expo CanadaIEC

EOTD

I first learned about Clionadh Cosmetics at last year's IEC and have made several purchases from them since. I went for a blue-green gradient look featuring several of their duochrome shades. Forgive me for the lower than usual photo quality. I took these at the end of the day with my phone because my camera gear was still all packed up from covering the event. On that note, this is after 12+ hours of wear on my hooded lids. These shadows last!

(5) Hedo Cosmetics Peach - Above Crease

Urban Decay Primer Potion

Nail Art

Similarly I used a mish mash of Girly Bits Cosmetics polishes in my nail art for the day. I started with Felt With The Heart on my index and pinky fingers and Sea You Next Fall on my middle and fourth fingers. Then I randomly dabbed Talk Turkey To Me, Festival Of Lights and Felt With The Heart overtop of the deep teal creme base on my middle and fourth fingers to get a kind of marbled effect. I added some dry brushed lines using Colour Club What A Drag for a little more texture. Then I used Konad white stamping polish and Emily de Molly plate EDM22 to add the stamped design. Finally, some Girly Bits Glitter Glaze top coat sealed everything up. Photos were taken in daylight spectrum lighting.

Happy polishing,
