Hello readers,
Today I have Hello Waffle Cosmetics' May Visage box to share with you. This month's selection was inspired by the movie Spirited Away. I personally haven't seen it, but the themed artwork this month is especially pretty. Let's take a look at what was included and swatches.
Hello Waffle Cosmetics Names Remembered Eyeshadow
Names Remembered is a beautiful royal blue with gold-green sparks. The formula was nicely pigmented though primer will help keep those sparkles glued down.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics The Sixth Station Eyeshadow
The Sixth Station is a medium cool toned grey base with aqua shimmer. I found that this one could get a little muddy looking over primer and a light hand helped avoid that.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics Play With Me! Eyeshadow
Play With Me! is a beige with a slight pink sheen and a rainbow of tiny sparkles. The formula on this one would just not cooperate with me. Over primer it looked muddy and uneven. Without primer (shown below) I couldn't get the pink sheen to come out very much. You can see it a tiny bit near the edges of the swatch, but that's it.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics False Gold Fairy Dust Overshadow
False gold is a beautiful gold-green duochrome with green sparks. The formula on this one was excellent and could definitely be worn alone or layered over other shadows.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics You Never Forget Blush
You Never Forget is a warm medium pink with soft sheen and lots of tiny sparkles. The formula was nicely pigmented for a blush. Personally, this has a little more sparkle than I like in my blushes but if you're a sparkly blush kind of person then this is a great option.

Shiro Cosmetics One Summer's Day Tinted Balm
The first guest indie this month was Shiro Cosmetics. They contributed a coral-pink tinted lip balm. This balm had sheer but buildable coverage. It feels really comfortable on the lips and has a delicious sweet frosting scent.

Ili Cosmetics Don't Look Back Eyeshadow
The second guest indie this month was Ili Cosmetics. This is a new to me brand but I'm really impressed with their contribution, an aqua-green eyeshadow with a pink sheen and golden glitter. It comes off as more metallic than overly sparkly and had a really nice pigmented formula.

Conclusion
I was drawn to the more vibrant colours this month and my personal favorites were all eyeshadows - Names Remembered, False Gold and Don't Look Back. You can find Hello Waffle Cosmetics on
Happy polishing,
