Zoya Jubilee Collection Swatches & Review

Zoya Jubilee collection

Hello readers,
Today I have the Zoya Jubilee Collection to share with you. Along with the usual cremes and shimmers, this release brings back the PixieDust formula and introduces a new Leopard Spot Topper. Let's take a look at swatches.

Kateri

Zoya KateriZoya Jubilee

Kateri is a deep espresso brown creme. The formula was nicely pigmented and easy to work with taking two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Kateri with one coat of Sephora X Shine XCEL top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Taryn

Zoya TarynZoya Jubilee

Taryin is a bright fuchsia with a violet pearl shimmer. The formula was easy to work with and most brush strokes disappeared as it dried. I used three coats here but it was so close after two that those with shorter nails or a less distinct nail line than me will likely find two is enough. Photos show three coats of Taryn with one coat of Sephora X Shine XCEL top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Allison

Leigh

Zoya LeighZoya Jubilee

Leigh is a pale beige with peach undertones. The formula was a bit thick and I found it dragged if I didn't wait a little extra time between coats. Slightly thicker coats will be your friend with this one. Photos show two coats of Leigh with one coat of Sephora X Shine XCEL top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Danica is a deep teal-leaning green creme. The formula was nicely pigmented and easy to apply taking two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Danica with one coat of Sephora X Shine XCEL top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Cookie

Zoya CookieZoya Jubilee

Cookie is a medium purple textured polish with gold fleckes. The formula was exactly what I've come to expect from a PixieDust; two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Cookie in daylight spectrum lighting.

Leopard Spot Topper

Zoya Leopard SpotZoya Jubilee

The Leopard Spots topper is a black crackle style polish that is meant to be used over textured PixieDust shades. I used it here over Cookie. Thinner coats lead to smaller spots (my index finger had this thinnest coat here). Make sure to apply quickly as this starts to dry and pull back into the spot shapes very quickly. Photos show one coat of Leopard Spot Topper over Cookie in daylight spectrum lighting.

Maxine

Zoya MaxineZoya Jubilee

Maxine is a bright cherry red creme. The formula was easy to work with taking three coats for full coverage. However, it was so close after two that those with shorter nails or a less distinct nail line than me may find two is enough. Astrid is a burnished gold flecked foiled shimmer. The formula was very easy to work with taking three thin coats for full coverage, though you may be able to get away with two. Photos show three coats of Astrid with one coat of Sephora X Shine XCEL top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Carson

Zoya CarsonZoya Jubilee

Carson is a pale muted pink creme. The formula was very pigmented and easy to work with. I used two coats here, but if you were careful you could make this a one-coater. Photos show two coats of Carson with one coat of Sephora X Shine XCEL top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Conclusion

My personal favorites from this release are Juniper, Astrid and Carson. The Leopard Spot Topper doesn't really fit with my personal style, but if you like the look, it's a really easy effects topper to work with. I'm also happy to see that there was a more varied colour palette in this release than in the Element and Sunshine collections which were very heavy on the pinks and reds. The Jubilee Collection is available now. You can find Zoya on

Happy polishing,

Michelle
