Today I have the Illimité Picasso Collection to share with you. This collection features six shades inspired by the life and works Pablo Picasso. Let's take a look at swatches.
Avignon
Avignon is a pink to orange to gold multichrome with a sprinkling of small silver holo glitters. The formula was relatively easy to work with though I do recommend waiting a little longer than normal between coats to avoid dragging. This dries quite smooth on its own but I added top coat out of habit. Photos show two coats of Avignon with one coat of Live Love Polish Quick Dry Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Guernica
Guernica is a gunmetal grey flecked metallic. The formula was easy to work with and quite pigmented taking two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Guernica with one coat of Live Love Polish Quick Dry Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Blue Nude
Blue Nude features a deep teal-blue (cold) to pale beige (warm) thermal base with small silver holo glitters. The formula was quite pigmented and easy to apply taking two coats for full coverage in the cold state. My nails lines did show through a bit in the warm state so if your hands run warm you may want to add a third. Harlequin
Harlequin features a mossy green (cold) to pale beige (warm) thermal base with a soft gold shimmer and a sprinkling of silver holo glitters. The formula was easy to apply though very sheer. Even after three coats my nail line still shows through quite clearly in the cold state. I would recommend layering 1-2 coats of this over a nude creme base colour if you want full coverage. Photos show three coats of Harlequin with one coat of Live Love Polish Quick Dry Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Muse
Muse features a deep purple (cold) to pale lilac (warm) thermal base with a blue to pink shifting shimmer and small silver holo glitters. The formula was easy to work with and took two thin coats for full coverage. This dries down to to a satin finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Photos show two coats of Muse with one coat of Live Love Polish Quick Dry Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
La Femme Fleur
La Femme Fleur features a sheer rusty orange-pink base filled with a glowing green to pink shifting shimmer and a sprinkling of small silver holo glitters. The formula was a tad thick though still workable. I recommend waiting a little extra time between coats to avoid dragging. Conclusion
