Hello readers,
Today I have The Crazy Rich Asians Collection from Live Love Polish to share with you. This collection features six shades inspired by the upcoming Movie of the same name. Let's take a look at swatches.
Class And Sass
Class And Sass features a milky pale pink base with a fine blue shimmer. The formula was easy to work with though sheer. After three coats my nail line is still quite visible. However, this was not unexpected since LLP describes it as a sheer polish. Photos show three coat of Class And Sass with one coat of Live Love Polish Quick Dry Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Family DrAhMa
Family DrAhMa feature a burgundy (cold) to strawberry red (warm) thermal base filled with tiny blue flecks and small gold and holo glitters. The formula was a tad thicker than I prefer but did reach full coverage in two coats. This does dry down with some texture so top coat is highly recommended. Wedding Of The Century
Wedding Of The Century features a clear base filled with tiny silver, gold and holo silver glitters. The formula was a tad thick though still relatively easy to work with. I used two coats here, and though technically not full coverage, my nail line is broken up enough that it isn't obvious. This shade dries down to a textured matte finish which you could wear as is, or add a couple coats of topcoat to smooth it out. Kitty Pong Purple
Kitty Pong Purple features a purple tinted base filled with purple shimmer and glitters in a variety of sizes along with small gold square and hex glitters. The formula was easy to work with taking three coats for full coverage. It dries with a bit of texture so I do recommend top coat to smooth everything out. Something Blue
Something Blue is a medium blue (cold) to light blue (warm) thermal with a soft flecked gold shimmer. The formula was easy to work with requiring three coats for full coverage. I found that this sat in the cold state on me (pictured below) and only tended to transition to the light shade when I had my hands in warm water. That's Rich
That's Rich features a green tinted base filled with tiny teal-leaning green glitter and small emerald green glitters. The formula was surprisingly easy to work with. Though it is patchy after the first coat it layers up nicely to full coverage in three. This shade does dry with a little texture so top coat is highly recommended. Conclusion
My personal favorite of this collection is That's Rich. I'm a sucker for a bright sparkly teal. The Crazy Rich Asians collection is available now. You can find Live Love Polish on
