Winter Whispers features a pale dusty blue crelly base filled with fine pink to gold shifting shimmer and a rainbow of small metallic flakies. The formula was very easy to work with, taking three coats for full coverage on me. However, it was almost opaque after two coats, so I for those with shorter nails or a less distinct nail line two should be enough.
