I recently reviewed (and loved!) CANVAS Lacquer Moonrock. Today I have its teal cousin Northern Lights to share with you. Get ready for some minty flakie goodness.
Northern Lights features a light mint green jelly base filled with flecked holo shimmer and a good dose of metallic flakies in a variety of colours. The formula was a very easy to work with. It started a bit sheer but built up nicely, taking three coats to become opaque. This dries a tad less than shiny, so I recommend a glossy top coat to really bring out the shimmer and flakes. Photos show three coats of Space Candy with one coat of CND Super Shiney top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
