Pipe Dream Polish Shot Through The Heart Matte

As you've probably figured out I don't like starting from scratch every time I want to switch up my manicure so I like to play with top coats.  This is my previous mani, Pipe Dream Polish Shot Through The Heart, with a coat of Julep's matte top coat.  The pictures were taken in natural sunlight.
