The manicure I already had on was two coats of China Glaze Hanging In The Balance with one coat of Pipe Dream Polish Capture A Moment. I used Gelous to smooth out the glitters. Today I added Julep's matte top coat and then did rows of dots using China Glaze Watermelon Rind, China Glaze Exotic Encounters and China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise. I opted not to add another top coat because I like the contrast between the shiny dots and the matte base.
I love dotting because you can quickly add a fun design to any manicure and you don't have to be super precise for it to look good. Do you like adding dots to switch up a manicure?
