BLUSH Lacquers Double Rainbow Shimmers Collection Swatches & Review

Blush Lacquers Double Rainbow Shimmers

Hello readers,
Today I have the Double Rainbow Shimmers collection from BLUSH Lacquers to share with you. This collection is the second half of their spring release and features six shimmery shades inspired by the elusive double rainbow. These can either be work on their own or layered over another shade. Let's take a look at swatches.

Cotton Candy Rays

Cotton Candy Rays features a pastel bubblegum pink crelly base filled with a fine blue to purple shifting shimmer and a sprinkling of small gold flakes. The formula was easy to work with though a bit sheer. After three coats my nail line still shows through a little bit. This shade dries down to a satin finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Photos show three coats of Cotton Candy Rays with one coat of Essie Gel Setter top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Creamsicle Clouds

Creamsicle Clouds features a pale peach crelly base filled with a fine flecked gold to green shifting shimmer and small gold flakes. I used three coats here but it was so close after two that if you have shorter nails or a less distinct nail line than me two may be enough. Morning Light is a pale yellow crelly filled with a fine green flecked shimmer and small gold flakes. The formula was easy to apply though I recommend waiting a little extra time between coats to avoid dragging. I used three coats for almost full coverage. Silver Lining is a pale grey crelly with a fine flecked pink to gold shifting shimmer and small gold flakes.
