Hello readers,
For this installment in my challenge to myself to shop my collection more I chose to wear all of my untried Blush Lacquers. Let's take a look at swatches.
Faded Flowers

Faded Flowers features a pale greige basefilled this holo shmmer, small holo silver flecks and soft purple flash. The formula was easy to apply though I found that some of the holo flecks would not lay flat and left obvious bumps in the finish. Top coat helped a lot but there was still the occasional one that wasn't smoothed out. Gloaming Roaming

Gloaming Roaming features a pale cool toned grey base with holo shimmer, small silver holo flecks and a soft teal flash. This had the same formula as Faded Flowers; easy to apply but contained some very uncooperative holo flecks that left bumps in the finish. Illuminate

Illuminate features a pale blue base filled with a strong flecked pink to green shifting shimmer. The formula was excellent and took three thin coats for full coverage. However, it was so close after two that if you have shorter nails or a less distinct nail line than me two will likely be enough. Not Your Average Seahorse

Not Your Average Seahorse features a deep blue jelly base filled with a strong red to green shifting shimmer and small metallic flakes in shades of blue, violet and green. The formula seems sheer on the first coat but builds up to full coverage in three. The sheer base really lets the shimmer glow through. Final Thoughts
My personal favorites from this round are Illuminate and Not Your Average Seahorse. You can find BLUSH Lacquers on
Happy polishing,
Michelle
