Today I have the Bridal Bliss Collection from Girly Bits Cosmetics to share with you. This release features six delicate pale cremes perfect for that special day ... or really any day. Let's take a look at swatches.
Hearts In Bloom
Hearts In Bloom is a pale cool toned pink creme. The formula was a tad thicker than I prefer but still relatively easy to work with. As you brush this one it will seem like you can't get a smooth finish. Don't worry, give it a few seconds and it will self-level. Peach, Love & Joy
Peach, Love & Joy is a pale peach creme. The formula was easy to apply taking two coats for full coverage. Like Hearts In Bloom, this takes a few seconds to self-level, but it dries with a nice smooth finish. Betrothed
Betrothed is a pale lilac creme. The formula was easy to work with taking two coats for full coverage. Note I found this dried with a slightly more purple tone on the nail than it looks in the bottle. Let Love Grow
Let Love Grow is a pale mint green creme. This was another easy two coater, no formula quirks to report. Photos show two coats of Let Love Grow with one coat of Girly Bits Cosmetics Glitter Glaze top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Strapless
Strapless is a pale blush taupe creme. The formula was excellent taking two easy thin coats for full coverage. I found that this switched between looking more neutral taupe and more rosey depending on lighting. Old, New, Borrowed & Blue
Old, New, Borrowed & Blue is a pale blue creme. This one was another two coater, though it was pigmented enough that if you watched for sheer spots you could likely get away with one. Conclusion
My personal favorite are Strapless and Old, New, Borrowed & Blue though that's pretty much just due to personal colour preference. All of these shades have nicely pigmented two coat formulas.
