Hello readers,
Today I have three new additions to the Girly Bits Cosmetics Concert Series that debuted at Indie Expo Canada to share with you. These polishes are all based on concerts that Pam, the maker behind Girly Bits, has attended and these new shades were inspired by Guns & Roses, Rob Zombie and Coldplay. Let's take a look at swatches.

Now & Then

Now & Then features a turquoise to blue to purple multichrome base with tiny pink and violet flecks. The formula was easy to work with taking three coats for full coverage. It was really close after two though, so I imagine for those with shorter nails or a less distinct nail line than me two will likely be enough. Call Of The Zombie

Call Of The Zombie is a rust to copper to gold to green multichrome with tiny holo gold glitters and red flecks. The formula was very easy to work with and will take 2-3 coats for full coverage depending on your nails. I used three here. This dries quite shiny on its own but I added top coat to extend wear time. Head Full Of Dreams

Head Full Of Dreams is a green to blue to purple to gold multichrome. The formula was easy to work with taking three coats for full coverage, though it was so close after two that those with shorter nails or a less distinct nail line will likely find two is enough. This dries smooth and shiny on its own but I added top coat out of habit. Conclusion
You're probably thinking I'm going to pick the blue or teal based shades as my favorite, but I'm going to shock you all and declare Call Of The Zombie my top pick from this trio. While Now & Then and Head Full Of Dreams are definitely pretty, I can think of some similar shades in my collection. Call Of The Zombie on the other hand is unlike anything else I own and I don't think I've seen anything quite like it before. These additions to the concert series will be available on the Girly Bits website on July 12, 2018 at noon EDT. You can find Girly Bits Cosmetics on
Happy polishing,
Michelle
