Today I have the the exclusive and limited edition shades that Paint It Pretty Polish is bringing to Indie Expo Canada this year. If you didn't know, IEC is happening June 9-10, 2018 in Toronto. Let's take a look at swatches.
Bling Up Your Life At IEC
Bling Up Your Life At IEC is the Indie Expo Canada LE shade. It is features a metallic silver base with silver scatter holo shimmer and translucent flecks in shades of blue, green, purple and red. The formula was relatively easy to work with, though I do recommend a little extra drying time between coats to avoid dragging. I used three coats here for full coverage. This shade dries to a satin finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Photos show three coats of the LE shade with one coat of Lucky 13 Lacquer Elemental Ward top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Blue Me Away At IEC
Blue Me Away At IEC is the Indie Expo Canada Exclusive shade. It features a shimmery medium blue base with pink shimmer and a sprinkling of shifty aurora pigment. The formula was very similar to the LE shade - easy to work with though extra dry time between coats helps avoid dragging. Photos show three coats of the exclusive shade with one coat of Lucky 13 Lacquer Elemental Ward top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Conclusion
My personal favorite is the Bling Up Your Life At IEC. I like the little sparks of colour that peek through the silver. Both of the shades will be for sale at Indie Expo Canada on June 10th.
