Today I have Girly Bits Cosmetics' contribution to Polish Pickup's April release to share with you. This month's theme is Across The Universe: Planets & Galaxies. Girly Bits went a little creative with their interpretation and chose The Little Prince as their inspiration. In this story in which the title character visits many different planets and meets different kinds of people to learn the importance of looking beneath the surface to find the real truth and meaning of things.
Felt With The Heart is a bright aqua turquoise foiled polish featuring scatter holo shimmer, gold flakes, blue flakes, and green to gold colour shifting metallic flakies. The formula was very easy to work with taking two coats for full coverage. Girly Bits recommends letting coats dry down a little bit before adding the next to avoid dragging. Either I'm a really slow polisher, or the dragging isn't very noticeable because I did not remember to do this and didn't have any issues. This shade dries smooth on its own but I added top coat to make things extra glossy and shiny. I love turquoise and I love flakies so it's no surprise that I love this polish. There will be a cap this month, tentatively set at 250 bottles (I'll update this post if that number changes), so if this polish needs to be yours probably best to aim for the start of the sale period. Felt With The Heart will be available for $13USD on the Polish Pickup website for four days beginning at 11AM EST on April 6th, 2018.
