Brand Challenge: Sayuri Nail Lacquer

Sayuri Swatch

Hello readers,
Today I have an assortment of polishes from Sayuri Nail Lacquer to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.

Third Space Of Heaven

Third Space Of Heaven features a pale purple (cold) to blue-grey (warm) thermal base filled with red-copper shimmer, tiny holo gold glitters and iridescent orange flakies. The formula was easy to work with though a bit sheer, especially in the warm state. Photos show three coats of Third Space Of Heaven with one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Roots Of The World Tree

Roots Of The World Tree features a beige tinted base filled with small gold holo glitters, small bronze glitters, tiny gold glitters and a flecked pink shimmer. The formula was easy to work with though a bit sheer. After three coats my nail lines still show through a bit, though the glitters do break them up. This polish dries with some glitter texture so top coat is recommended. Strike Of The Hydra features a teal jelly base filled with pink and blue shimmer and a sprinkling of turquoise flakies. The formula was easy to apply and I got 90% coverage after three coats. My nail lines still show through a bit in bright lighting. Photos show three coats of Strike Of The Hydra with one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Glacier Tears

Glacier Tears features a royal blue jelly base filled with tiny blue and green glitters and scatter holo shimmer. The formula was excellent and took three thin coats for full coverage. This shade dries down with a little texture but nothing top coat can't handle. Final Thoughts

My personal favorite of this selection is Glacier Tears. Unfortunately Sayuri is no longer in business, so you'll have to hunt these down in destashes.

Happy polishing,

Michelle
