Hello readers,
Today I have Emily de Molly's upcoming December release to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.
Be My Something
Be My Something features a super bright, almost neon, red crelly base filled with gold and violet iridescent flakes and small translucent gold glitters. The formula was nicely pigmented and took two coats for full coverage. It does dry down with some flakie divots so top coat is recommended. Photos show two coats of Be My Something with one coat of Seche Vite in daylight spectrum lighting.
Through The Hourglass
Through The Hourglass features a teal-green base with a blue flecked shimmer and a silvery-blue magnetic shimmer. I applied one coat normally and then used an arc magnet on the second coat as well as after top coat. Photos show two coats of Through The Hourglass with one coat of Seche Vite in daylight spectrum lighting.
Lines We Cross
Lines We Cross features a bright purple (cold) to bright pink (warm) thermal base with a stuper strong turquoise flecked shimmer. The formula was excellent and took two coats for full coverage in both the cold and warm states. Photos show two coats of Lines We Cross with one coat of Seche Vite in daylight spectrum lighting.
Flexible Morality
Flexible Morality features a taupe brown base filled with a strong green to pink shifting flecked shimmer. Another great formula that took two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Flexible Morality with one coat of Seche Vite in daylight spectrum lighting.
Thorn In My Side
Thorn In My Side features a medium purple crelly base filled with small to medium iridescent orange to green shifting glitters. Unfortunately the formula wasn't the easiest to work with. I found the glitters tended to pile up on each other as I brushed the polish on the nail and I had to spend some extra time nudging them into better spots. Photos show two coats of Thorn In My Side with one coat of Seche Vite in daylight spectrum lighting.
Whisper Of Desire
Whisper Of Desire features a magenta jelly base filled with a super strong indigo shimmer. The formula was excellent and surprisingly pigmented for something with a jelly base. I used two coats here for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Whisper Of Desire with one coat of Seche Vite in daylight spectrum lighting.
Card Trick
Card Trick features a deep blue jelly base filled with iridescent flakies in shades of glue, green purple and pink. The formula was excellent. It was opaque after two coats but I added a third for some extra flakie depth. It dries down with some slight flakie divots so top coat is recommended for a super smooth finish. Photos show three coats of Card Trick with one coat of Seche Vite in daylight spectrum lighting.
Past The Breakers
Past The Breakers features a teal jelly base packed with iridescent flakies in shades of green, gold, blue and a sprinkling of pink. The formula was excellent taking three thin coats for full coverage. It does dry down with some minor flakie divots so top coat is recommended for a nice smooth finish.. Photos show three coats of Past The Breakers with one coat of Seche Vite in daylight spectrum lighting.
