Hello readers,
Today I'm shopping my Lucky 13 Lacquer collection. Let's take a look at swatches.
Happy F*ckin' Birthday
Happy F*uckin' Birthday features a lavender crelly base filled with a pale green iridescent flecked shimmer and small to medium glitters in shades of yellow, pink and blue. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. It dried down with satin finish so I added top coat for shine. Photos show three coats of Happy F*ckin' Birthday with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Extra Spoons
Extra Spoons features a deep purple crelly based filled with a flecked shimmer that shifts form gold-green to blue. The formula was excellent and took two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Extra Spoons with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Don't Stop Me Now
Don't Stop Me Now features a deep blue crelly base filled with a mix of black and silver glitters along with a sprinkling of silver flecked shimmer. The formula was easy to apply though I had to do a little fishing to get some of the larger glitters out of the bottle. I used three coats here for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Don't Stop Me Now with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Gratuitous Cameo
Gratuitous Cameo features a pale grey-blue jelly base with small to medium silver glitters and a fine gold and green flecked shimmer. The formula was easy to work with though a tad sheer. After three coate my nail whites still show through a tiny bit. Photos show three coats of Gratuitous Cameo with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
We Are Loud
We Are Loud features a teal leaning blue jelly base filled with small white and green glitters, green flecked shimmer and small silver holo flakes. The formula was nicely pigmented and though I used three coats here, I think most will find two is enough. Photos show three coats of We Are Loud with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Legendary Outlaw
Legendary Outlaw features a navy blue jelly base filled with silver micro glitters, tiny silver holo flakes and a sprinkling of small red glitters. The formula was excellent and took three thin coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Legendary with one coat of OPI Plumping top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Final Thoughts
I didn't realize it until putting this post together, but I am clearly drawn to Lucky 13 Lacquer's glitter crellies and jellies. My personal favorites from this selection are Don't Stop Me Now and Legendary Outlaw. You can find Lucky 13 Lacquer on
Happy polishing,
Michelle
