Today I have the Quo Highlight & Glow Palette to share with you. This was originally released as a limited edition item for holidays 2018 and I waited too long, missed out and was super disappointed. So, I was so happy when I learned that it had been added to the permanent line with new packaging. Let's take a look at swatches.

Quo has traditionally been a fairly neutral brand that tended to play it safe so I am so happy that they ventured into some colourful highlighters and saw the value in adding them to their permanent line.
