Brand Challenge: KBShimmer

Hello readers,
Today I have two new to me KBShimmer shades to share with you. I got both of these and Indie Expo Canada. Carpe Denim I picked up at the table hosted by Harlow&Co, and Thanks For Poutine Up With Me was part of the VIP bag. Let's take a look at swatches.

Carpe Denim

Carpe Denim features a deep navy blue jelly base filled with small silver holo glitters. The formula felt a bit thick but was still relatively easy to work with. I used two coats for full coverage here. This shades does dry down with some small glitter bumps, but nothing top coat can't smooth out. Photos show two coats of Carpe Denim with one coat of Glisten & Glow H.K. Girl top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Thanks For Poutine Up With Me

Thanks For Poutine Up With Me features a cool-toned purple holo base filled with a glowing red shimmer. At first I thought I must have something in my collection already like it, but after searching through all my drawers I couldn't come close. The formula was easy to work with taking two coats for full coverage. It dries down relatively smoothly but I found top coat just added that something extra.
