Hello readers,
Today I have the Emily de Molly's reflective glitter collection to share with you. The shades were originally released in January but are still available now. Let's take a look at swatches.
Empire Of Trust
Empire Of Trust features a medium rose pink base filled with reflective glitter flecks. The formula was nicely pigmented and took two coats for full coverage. It dries down to a textured finish so top coat is recommended for a smooth shiny finish. Photos show two coats of Empire Of Trust with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Seen It All features a medium sage green base filled with reflective glitter flecks. I used three coats for full coverage here, but it was very close after two so that may be enough for some. This shade dries down to a textured finish so top coat is recommended. Photos show three coats of Seen It All with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Flavour Of The Week features a lilac purple base filled with reflective glitter flecks. Another easy to work with formula. I used two coats for full coverage here. You'll want to top coat up if you don't want a texture finish. Photos show two coats of Flavour Of The Week with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Ahead Of Myself features a medium steely blue base filled with reflective glitter flecks. I used three coats here but it was so close after two that two may be enough for some. Like the rest of this collection, top coat is your friend. Photos show three coats of Ahead Of Myself with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Quiet And Daring features a medium mauve base filled with reflect glitter flecks. Another nice two coats formula with this one. Add top coat for a smooth finish as it dried down with glitter texture. Photos show two coats of Quiet And Daring with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
To Dust features a deep grey base filled with reflective glitter flecks. Another two coat formula here. Photos show two coats of To Dust with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Two Places At Once features a clear base filled with reflective glitter flecks. It's the topper in this collection. I wore one coat here and got great glitter payoff. It does dry down textured so add top coat for a smooth finish. Photos show one coat of Two Places At Once over China Glaze Sea Spray with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
My personal favorites from this release are Flavour Of The Week, Ahead Of Myself and Two Places At Once, but that's just personal colour preference. The formula across the bunch was very similar. The shades from the January release are available now. You can find Emily de Molly on
