Hello readers,
Today I have a new Bedford & Grove spring collection inspired by Dirty Dancing to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.
Hungry Eyes
Hungry Eyes features a medium blue base with a soft red-copper shimmer. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Hungry Eyes with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
She's Like The Wind
She's Like The Wind features a clear base filled with a mix of tiny reflective and silver holo glitters. The formula was excellent. Using it as a topper one coat got me good glitter coverage. It does dry down with some glitter texture so top coat is recommended for a nice smooth finish. Big Girls Don't Cry
Big Girls Don't Cry features a solar reactive white to blue jelly base filled with small circle glitters in shades of blue, pink, purple and green and a soft blue shimmer. The formula took some work to get the glitters out of the bottle but once on the brush were easy to apply. I used three coats here for full coverage. Unfortunately cloudy winter weather meant I was only able to capture the white state of this polish. Note: The maker has updated the formula since I got my pre-release swatcher bottle to better suspend the glitters. This should mean the release version will require a lot less fishing for glitters.
Do You Love Me?
Do You Love Me? features a teal base with a soft blue shimmer and a sprinkling of pink shimmer. The formula was very easy to work with and took two coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Do You Love Me? with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Time Of My Life
Time Of My Life features a bubblegum pink base filled with scatter holo shimmer. Another nicely pigmented formula taking two coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Time Of My Life with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Wipeout
Wipeout features a pale muted purple base filled with gold-copper shimmer and a sprinkling of tiny blue flecks. Another two coater here, no issues with the formula. Photos show two coats of Wipeout with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Be My Baby
Be My Baby features a lilac purple base with a golden pearl shimmer. Another easy to work with two coat formula. Photos show two coats of Be My Baby with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Will You Love Me Tomorrow?
Will You Love Me Tomorrow? features an orchid pink-purple jelly base filled with pink shimmer and small iridescent flakies in shades of pink, orange, gold and green. The formula was nice to work with and took three coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Will You Love Me Tomorrow? with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
