Today I have Treo Lacquer's new S is For Spooky Treo featuring three Halloween inspired shades to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.
Scream
Scream features a clear base filled with a purple and green holographic glitters. I used by itself hear but you could also use it as a topper. After three coats I had decent but not quite full coverage, but it sparkly enough that I didn't mind. This does dry down with some glitter bumps so top coat is recommended for a nice smooth finish. Photos show three coats of Scream with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Shiver
Shiver features a black jelly base filled with small silver check glitters. The formula was excellent. It was full coverage after two coats, but I added a third here for extra glitters and depth. Photos show three coats of Shiver with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Slash
Slash features a pumpkin orange jelly base filled with small metallic orange glitters. The formula was easy to apply and took three coats for almost full coverage. I say almost because my nail tips still show through a tiny bit. This shade does dry down with some small glitter bumps so top coat is recommended. Photos show three coats of Slash with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Final Thoughts
My personal favorite of these three is Scream. The S is for Spooky Treo will be available today, October 1st, 2021 in the Treo shop. These polishes will be sold individually for $13.50CAD each and as a set for $34.43CAD.
