Hello readers,
I'm continuing to swatch my way through my Femme Fatale Cosmetics collection and have another six shades to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.
Apothecary
Apothecary features a pale green foiled shimmer base filled with gold shimmer and small gold flakes. The formula was excellent and very easy to work with taking two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Apothecary with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Falling Glacier
Falling Glacier features a pale silvery base filled with scatter holo shimmer and a strong blue-teal sheen. The formula was very easy to work with. I used three coats here for full coverage but it was so close after two that two may be enough for some. Mermaiden's Adoration
Mermaiden's Adoration features a clear base filled with a variety of aqua, blue and gold glitters along with gold shimmer. I used it as a topper here over Apothecary. No issues with application or getting good glitter coverage. Photos show one coat of Mermaiden's Adoration over Apothecary with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Star's Lament
Star's Lament features a grey tinted jelly base filled with tiny and small silver holographic glitters. The base is on this one is quite sheer so I layered it over Girly Bits Cosmetics Pun-Decided, a charcoal creme, here. Underlight
Underlight features a teal tinted base filled with silver holo shreds, golden iridescent glitters and a strong purple shimmer. The formula was easy to apply though somewhat sheer. You can still see my nail lines showing through a bit. Photos show three coats of Underlight with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Neptune Tempest
Neptune Tempest features a blue tinted base packed with blue and holo blue microglitters along with a sprinkling of small fuchsia glitters. The formula was nice to work with though I do recommend waiting a little extra time between coats to avoid dragging. This shade does dry down with some glitter texture so top coat is recommended for a nice smooth finish. Final Thoughts
My personal favorites from this roundup are Falling Glacier, Mermaiden's Adoration and Neptune Tempest. You can find Femme Fatale Cosmetics on
Happy polishing,
