I'm continuing to swatch my way through my Femme Fatale Cosmetics polishes and have another six shades to share with you today. Let's take a look at swatches.
Solar Storm
Solar Storm features a muted purple base filled with raspberry shimmer and microglitters along with silver holo hex glitters. The formula was easy to apply and took two coats for full coverage. It did dry down with some glitter bumps though, so I needed to double up on top coat for a nice smooth finish. The Necromancer
The Necromancer features a berry jelly base filled with small holo glitters, indigo flecked shimmer and small iridescent red and orange flecks. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of The Necromancer with one coat of CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Vaporous Flowers
Vaporous Flowers features a beige base filled with tiny silver holo glitters and a teal green shimmer. Another easy to work with formula that took three coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Vaporous Flowers with one coat of CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Venus Sunsets (Sample #52 April 2015)
Venus Sunsets features a berry purple jelly base filled with small red and indigo glitters, blue shimmer and blue square glitters. No issues with the formula. I used three coats here for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Venus Sunsets with one coat of CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Falling Into Blue Death
Falling Into Blue Death features a pale purple tinted base filled with silver hex glitters, small gold glitter and a strong turquoise shimmer. The formula was easy to apply though I found it a bit sheer. You can still see my nail tips showing through after three coats. This does dry down with some glitter texture to top coat is recommended. Snow Globe
Snow Globe features a very muted purple base filled with tiny turquoise glitter, scatter holo shimmer and turquoise sheen. This was part of the original batch that experience some fading issues. The bases started out much more purple, however, I quite like the faded base too. The formula was excellent. Though I used three coats here, it was so close after two that two may be enough for those with shortner nails or a less distinct nail line than me. Final Thoughts
