I've been slacking when it comes to nail art the last couple months, so I when Beautometry announced a 'Next Top Swatcher' nail art contest I used it as an opportunity to gain some nail art motivation. This week's theme was 'Leaves' so I took inspiration from the trees outside for this look.
I started with Femme Fatale End Of The Storm, a copper to purple thermal, as a base colour. For the stamped leaves I layered designs from Bundle Monster plate BM-H13 and Born Pretty Store plate BPS-026 using China Glaze Liquid Leather. For the crimson, orange and gold tones I added Zoya Courtney, OPI Chromatic Orange and China Glaze Goldie But Goodie. A coat of CND Super Shiney top coat sealed everything up. Photos were taken in daylight spectrum lighting.
