Hello readers,
Today I have five new shimmery toppers from Paint It Pretty Polish to share with you. Though officially toppers I would curious how these would build up on their own so that's what I have to show you in this post. Let's take a look at swatches
Elegance
Elegance features a clear based filled with a glow purple shimmer and tiny red sparks. The formula was nice to work with. I wore three coats here and you definitely get that purple glow even without a contrasting base. Serenity
Serenity features a clear base filled with a red-copper shimmer. Three coats gave me translucent coverage and a nice glowy shimmery finish. Photos show three coats of Serenity with one coat of Baroness X Hydromancy top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Harmony
Harmony feature a translucent milky base filled with a fine copper-gold shimmer. Out of all the shades in this collection this one was definitely the most pigmented. Three coats and my nail lines still show a little but not in a super obvious way. Photos show three coats of Harmony with one coat of Baroness X Hydromancy top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Rejuvenated
Rejuvenated features a clear base filled with a large particle green-violet shimmer. I used three coats here as well and the shimmer is nice and strong in this one even without a base. Tranquility
Tranquility features a clear base with a large particle aqua-violet shimmer. Nice glowy shimmer after three coats. Photos show three coats of Tranquility with one coat of Baroness X Hydromancy top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Final Thoughts
My personal favorites from this release are Tranquility and Elegance. Wearing them alone is a nice option for when I want something a little more subtle but not a super neutral colour.
