Hello readers,
Today I have nine new magnetic shades from Paint It Pretty Polish to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches
Aurora Borealis
Aurora Borealis features a blackened based filled with a teal-indigo-purple multichrome magnetic shimmer. The formula was very nice to work with and you can wear this as a normal multichrome or magnetized. I applied two coats normally on all nails and on the third coat magetized my middle ans fourth fingers with a bar magnet. If you're wearing this shade unmagnetized you could probably get away with two coats. Galaxy Glaze
Galaxy Glaze features a blackened base filled with small magnetic metallic flakies in shades of pink, green and gold. The formula was nice to work with. I applied two coats normally on all nails, and then on the third used a bar magnet to magnetize my third and fourth fingers. I found the magnetic stripe more subtle in this one, but it does catch the light. Shooting Star
Shooting Star features a pale grey base with a soft holo shimmer and a silver chrome magnetic shimmer. The formula was very easy to work with. I used three coats here, applying the first two normally and then magnetizing the third for all nails. A Red Giant
A Red Giant features a blacked base with a burgundy-gold shifting magnetic shimmer. It can be worn with or without magnetizing it. I used three coats here, magnetizing the third with a bar magnet on my second and third fingers. Starquakes
Starquakes features a blackened base filled with a deep blue-purple shifting magnetic shimmer. I used three coats here, but if you're wearing it normally without any magnetizing you can probably get away with two. Mars Moons
Mars Moons features a blacked base with a red-copper-gold magnetic shimmer. It can be worn as a multichrome or magnetic. I used three coats here, magnetizing the last coat on my middle and fourth fingers. Moonquakes
Moonquakes features a blacked base with a strong lime-emerald green magnetic shimmer. The formula was quite nice to work with and like the others I used three coats, magnetizing the last coat on my third and fourth fingers. Stardust
Stardust features a deep shimmery purple base with a mauve-brass magnetic shimmer. This one was a bit more pigmented than the others and I only needed two coat, magnetizing the second coat on my third and fourth fingers. Supernova
Supernova features a blackened base with a brass-gold-green magnetic shimmer. Another three coater here, with a magnetized third coat on my middle and fourth fingers. Photos show three coats of Supernova with one coat of Girly Bits Cosmetics Top That! top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
