Today I have Paint It Pretty Polish's Pretty Polish of the Month for September to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.
Party Under The Blood Moon features a berry red jelly base filled with small gold and black flakes. There are tons of flakies in there and as a result formula was a touch thick but nicely pigmented. I got full coverage in two coats. This shade does dry down with a little bit of texture so top coat is recommended for a nice smooth finish. Photos show two coats of Party Under The Blood Moon with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
