Today I have the second shade in Paint It Pretty Polish's Loony Toons inspired series for Hella Handmade Creations to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.
I Tawt I Taw A Puddy Tat features a tweety bird yellow base filled with a strong red-gold shimmer. The formula was nice to work with. I used three coats here and got decent even coverage though my nail tip do still show through. Photos show three coats of I Tawt I Taw A Puddy Tat with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
