Heartkids features a deep teal blue jelly base filled with silver reflective glitter flecks. The formula was excellent and very easy to work with. I used two coats here for full coverage. This shade does dry down to a textured finish so top coat is recommended. Photos show two coats of Heartkids with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
