Today I have Paint It Pretty Polish's contribution to the February Polish Pickup release to share with you. February's theme is 90's TV and Paint It Pretty was inspired by the wheel of morality from Animaniacs. Let's take a look at swatches.
Wheel Of Morality features a blurple base filled with red-copper shimmer. The formula was easy to apply and I used three coats for full coverage here. Photos show three coats of Wheel Of Morality with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Final Thoughts
