Brand Challenge: Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer

Hello readers,
I'm continuing to shop my collection and have six shades from Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer to share. Let's take a look at swatches.

Dogwood

Dogwood features a white crelly base filled with an iridescent flecked shimmer in shades of pink and green. The formula was easy to work with though sheer. After three coats my nail lines are clearly visible. Photos show three coats of Dogwood with one coat of OPI Plumping Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Prototype WCM2

Prototype WCM2 features a shimmer silver grey base filled with tiny silver holo flecks and pink shimmer. The formula was very easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Prototype WCM2 with one coat of OPI Plumping Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Siren's Shore Haven

Siren's Shore Haven features a pale cool-toned taupe base with scatter holo and purple-pink flecked shimmer. THe formula was very easy to work with and took two coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Siren's Shore Haven with one coat of OPI Plumping Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Gnomebody But You

Gnomebody But You features a warm purple base filled with a flecked copper shimmer and small metallic flakes in shades of purple, blue and green. The formula was easy to work with and took two coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Gnomebody But You with one coat of OPI Plumping Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Hydrangea

Hydrangea features a pale muted blue crelly based filled with an iridescent flecked shimmer in shades of blue, green and fuchsia. The formula was easy to apply though sheer. You can still see my nail lines showing through after three coats. Photos show three coats of Hydrangea with one coat of OPI Plumping Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Sordid End

Sordid End features a medium periwinkle blue crelly based with a large particle turquoise shimmer. The formula was easy to work with and built up to full coverage in three coats. Photos show three coats of Sordid End with one coat of OPI Plumping Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.

Final Thoughts

My personal favorites of this round up are Prototype WCM2, Siren's Shore Haven and Sordid End. Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer is currently taking a hiatus, but you can check for updates on
