Hello Readers,
March's installment of Hello Waffle Cosmetics' Visage subscription arrived early last week. This month's theme was Charlotte's Web, which was one of my favorite books growing up. The shades this month lean towards neutral eyes with a bright lip. Let's take a look at what was inside.
Hello Waffle Cosmetics - An Unusual Spider
An Unusual Spider is a matte dark brown-black. It looks like dark chocolate. The formula was very pigmented and you could build up the colour to be even darker than the swatch here if you wished.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics - A Young Girl
A Young Girl is a warm matte light soft brown. This is a very warm shade indeed. The primer seemed to bring out some red undertones as well. Since it is so warm I'm not sure if this a shade I would use as a predominant colour in a look, but I could see it as an accent or transition shade.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics - The County Fair
The County Fair is a sheer vanilla with champagne accents. This shadow has a very strong sheen without coming off as sparkly. A great neutral shade that could be incorporated into a range of looks.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics - Some Pig
Some Pig is a bright poppy pink. The bright lip colour is a nice contrast the other neutral shades this month. The formula is quite pigmented and features the usual Hello Waffle creamy texture.

My Pretty Zombie Cosmetics - Reclusa Blush
This month's guest indie was My Pretty Zombie Cosmetics. I've heard great things about their blushes so I was excited to see that as their contribution. Reclusa is a barely-there peach shimmer with a soft purple glow. While I totally see the peach I didn't really notice any purple sheen or flash. I found that though it was quite shimmery on initial application, as I blended it out the shimmer toned way down an the peach undertones became stronger.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics - Beyond The Mountains
This month also included a bonus eyeshadow sample from the recently released Red Apple Collection. I got the shade Beyond The Montains which features a brown base with a strong turquoise shift. Since the sample is small I'm saving it for my eyes instead of swatches.
Conclusion
My personal favorites from this month's selection are The County Fair eyeshadow and Some Pig lip colour. You can find Hello Waffle Cosmetics on:
Happy polishing,
