Vacation Mani! Nail Pattern Boldness Allons-Y

Hello readers! You may have noticed that I was quieter than usual last week.  That's because I was busy soaking up the sun on the gulf coast of Florida.  I'm got back home to the cold and snow yesterday which means I'll have lots more time to devote to posting.  I didn't want to bother touching up chips and redoing my nails while away so I chose the polish type that is the hardest to remove... glitter!  Specifically, I chose Nail Pattern Boldness Allons-Y.

This polish features a clear base packed with silver, blue and teal microglitter.  Silver is the dominant colour but the blue and teal glitters are quite visible.  I used it as a full coverage glitter and it took three coats to become opaque.  You could also use a single coat over a dark base colour.  It dried just a little bit gritty and one coat of Seche Vite was more than enough to smooth it out.

I used one coat of OPI Nail Envy and one coat of CND Super Sticky under this polish and it lasted for 5 days before chipping.  Not too bad considering it was up against salt, sand and sea shells.  I also chose a glittery polish for my toes.  I used once coat of Laquerlicious Unity Peacock Tail over OPI Ski Teal We Drop.  I don't show pedi pics too often but a sandy beach scene changes things completely.

If either of these glittery polishes caught your eye you can get them at https://www.nailpatternboldness.com/ and https://www.laquerlicious.com/ respectively.  Now it's time for me to relax, enjoy the last few hours of my vacation week before returning to work tomorrow and decide what polish to wear next!
