Hello readers! First of all, a big thank you from me for all of you who have recently started following my blog. I passed the 100 follower mark this past weekend! Today I have my first attempt at waterfall nails to show you. I love my teals, blues and purples and am lucky enough to work in an office that allows me to wear whatever polish I want but sometimes you need something a little more subtle. I feel like this mani could be worn just about anywhere.
The above photos were all taken in natural sunlight. I used an ancient Wet 'n' Wild polish as the base colour. I bought this when I was in elementary school at the dollar store. I have no idea what the name is... all that's left on the bottle is a sticker with 425A on it. For the waterfall stripes I used Julep Isla (a shimmery white), Darling Diva Polish When Doves Cry (a shimmery light grey) and China Glaze Gossip Over Gimlets (a flecked bronzy silver). I love how Gossip Over Gimlets shifts from silver to bronze depending on the light. That's it for me today. I have some new collections from some great indie makers coming up in the next couple weeks. Time to get swatching!

This is really pretty! It would be perfect for a night out or a wedding or something fancy-like.
