Hello readers,
Today I've got some polishes from my Julep collection to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.
Estelle
Estelle features a black base filled with tiny silver holo glitters and a sprinkling of small orange and aqua glitters. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. It does dry down with a fair bit of glitter texture so top coat is a must. Photos show three coats of Estelle with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Reiko
Reiko is a light metallic taupe-gold. The formula was excellent and took two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Reiko with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Lottie
Lottie is a crisp white creme. The formula was easy to work with and took two coats for full coverage. It does dry down to a satin finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Photos show two coats of Lottie with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Missy
Missy is a foiled metallic silver shimmer. The formula was nicely pigmented and took two coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Lottie with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Charlie
Charlie is a brighy sunny yellow creme. I used three coats here for full coverage, though it was very close after two. Note this one has the potential for staining so be sure to use basecoat. Photos show three coats of Charlie with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Michelle
Michelle is a navy blue creme. The formula was excellent and very pigmented taking two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Michelle with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Kristy
Kristy as a very dark almost but not quite black blue creme. Another nicely pigmented two coats formula here. Photos show two coats of Kristy with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Final Thoughts
My personal favorites from this round up are Michelle, Charlie and Kristy.
Happy polishing,
Michelle
