Today I have Paint It Pretty Polish's contribution to the July Project Artistry release to share with you. This month's theme is Fairytale vs Horror and Paint It Pretty went with team Horror, inspired by the movie IT. Let's take a look at swatches.
Do You Want A Balloon features a berry red jelly base filled with little gold metallic flecks and shifting flakies in shads or green, orange and pink. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Do You Want A Balloon with one coat of Girly Bits Cosmetics What A Rush top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
