Confetti features an off-white crelly base filled with bright glitters in shades of green, yellow, pink, blue and purple. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Confetti with one coat of CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
