Hello readers,
I pulled out a bunch of untried shades from my Girly Bits Cosmetics collection in my goal to shop my stash more. Let's take a look at swatches.
Well Isn't That Special
Well Isn't That Special is a light cool-toned purple holo with tiny silver flecks. The formula was excellent and took two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Well Isn't That Special with one coat of Essie Gel Setter top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Through The Looking Glass
Through The Looking Glass is a soft silver holo with a blue to pink shifting shimmer and a rainbow of small iridescent flakies. The formula was easy to work with though a bit sheer. I used three coats here and my nail lines still show through a little bit in bright lighting. Shake What Ya Mama Gave Ya
My bottle of Shake What Ya Mama Gave Ya is a pale almost silver purple scatter holo packed with pink shimmer and tiny flecks in holo silver, amethyst and violet. I say my bottle because looking at swatch photos from the original release back in May 2017, the base is a much more purple. I'm guessing the pigment faded. Whatever happened I think this version is quite pretty too. The formula was very easy to work with and I used three coats here for full coverage. SBP 1139
SBP 1139 features a silver scatter holo base filled with small grape purple and holo gold glitters, purple shimmer, gold shimmer and teeny purple iridescent flecks. The formula was nicely pigmented and took two coats for full coverage. It did dry down with some texture so top coat was a must. Witch, I'm Fabulous!
Witch, I'm Fabulous! features a clear base packed with a little bit of everything; teeny metallic flakes in shades of purple, pink, blue and gold, purple shimmer, gold shimmer, tiny purple glitters and tiny holo gold glitters. The formula seemed sheer after the first coat but pleasantly surprised me when it was full coverage after three. Because the first coat was sheer this would probably make a nice topper as well. Seriously Sassy
Seriously Sassy features a deep purple jelly base filled with teeny indigo glitters and violet shimmer. The formula was quite pigmented and easy to work with though it does dry down with a fair bit of texture. You'll want one to two coats of top coat to smooth things out.
