Today I have Girly Bits Cosmetics' contribution to Hella Handmade Creation's January release to share with you. This is the ninth polish from Girly Bits' Harry Potter HHC series. This month's shade was inspired by the Dolores Umbridge and her magical black quill which needs no ink, just the blood of the person writing with it. Let's take a look at swatches.
I Must Not Tell Lies features a pink leaning purple jelly base filled with scatter holo shimmer and iridescent flakies in shades of gold, red and orange. The formula was sheer on the first coat but built up to full coverage in three. This shade dried down to a smooth finish on its own but I added top coat out of habit. Photos show three coats of I Must Not Tell Lies with one coat of Girly Bits Cosmetics Glitter Glaze top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
