There's been a lot of discussion lately about how the new Essie Retro Revival Starry Starry Night compares to the original.  While I'm not one of the lucky few to have an original bottle, I do have CBL Twinkle Twinkle Little Star which is considered a dupe for the original SSN.  Let's take a look at how the two compare.

Colors By Llarowe Come Dance The Hora Swatches & Review

I'm a bit behind schedule and am finally getting around to showing you one of the polish from Llarowe's 2013 Christmas collection... in April.  There's no rule against wearing Christmas polishes not at Christmas, right?

Come Dance The Hora is a shimmery holo silver filled with two sizes of indigo hex glitter.  I found the formula a bit thick but it went opaque in two coats.  Photos show two coats of Come Dance The Hora with one coat of HK Girl top coat in natural lighting.

I really want to love this polish.  In theory I love all of the elements it's composed of but for whatever reason, I can't decide if I like it or not.  It seems to look a bit 'flatter' on the nail than it does in the bottle.  I think next time I'll try it with sme geometric blocking or something like that.  What do you think of this polish?
