Hello readers,
I'm continuing to swatch my way through the rest of my Femme Fatale collection. We're well into the blues and teals now. Let's take a look at swatches.
Icicle Vale
Icicle Vale features a shimmery teal green base filled with tiny teal holo glitters, a sprinkling of small magenta glitters and small silver holo glitters. The formula was excellent and very pigmented. I used two coats here for full coverage. It does dry down with some glitter texture so you'll want top coat for a smooth finish. Photos show two coats of Icicle Vale with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
All Sanity Is Lost
All Sanity Is Lost features a deep teal blue jelly base filled with silver holo shards, assorted aqua holo glitters and a flecked purple shimmer. I used three coats here for full coverage. It does dry down with some texture so top coat is recommended. Photos show three coats of All Sanity Is Lost with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Close Your Eyes
Close Your Eyes features a medium teal jelly base filled with tiny turquoise holo glitters, violet flecked shimmer and a sprinkling of small silver glitters. The formula was nice to work with and took three coats for full coverage. It does dry down with some glitter texture so top coat is recommended to smooth things out. Crepuscular Awakening
Crepuscular Awakening was originally a thermal but mine doesn't shift much anymore and is stuck in the cold state - a periwinkle blue filled with teal shimmer and assorted silver holo glitters. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. It dried to a waxy matte finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Duskwood
Duskwood features a deep dusty denim blue base filled with red shimmer, green iridescent flakies, small blue glitters and scatter holo shimmer. The formula was nice to work with and took three coats for full coverage. It does dry with some flakie divots so top coat is recommended for a nice smooth finish. Rainbow Fish
Rainbow Fish features a deep teal jelly base filled with small iridescent flakies in shades or gold, green a violet along with larger flakes and a sprinkling of glitters in sapphire blue. The formula was easy to work with and I used three coats for full coverage. Photos show three coats of Rainbow Fish with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Final Thoughts
Happy polishing,
Michelle
