Hello readers,
Today I have the polishes I picked up during my recent Polished For Days order to share with you. Let's take a look at swatches.
Bel-Air
Bel-Air features an aqua crelly base filled with small black flecks and lots of iridescent flakies in shades or pink. gold, orange and green. The formula was very easy to work with. I used two coats here for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Bel-Air with one coat of Girly Bits Cosmetics What A Rush top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Fairy Lights
Fairy Lights features a blue tinted base filled with blue and green flakies and little silver holo flecks. The formula was easy to apply though I do recommend waiting a little extra time between coats for best coverage and minimal dragging. I used three coats here but it was so close after two that two may be enough for some. Photos show three coats of Fairy Lights with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Celestial
Celestial features a black jelly base filled with small silver holo flecks and blue-green iridescent flakies. The formula was very easy to work with. It was pretty much full coverage after two coats but I added a third for even more flakies. Photos show three coats of Celestial with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Sunset Swings
Sunset Swings features a turquoise base filled with a super strong bopper to gold to green shifting shimmer. The formula was excellent and very pigmented, taking two thin coats for full coverage. This polish dries to a mostly matte finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Photos show two coats of Sunset Swings with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Seabright
Seabright features a smoky blurple base filled with teal to purple shifting shimmer and lots of small silver holo flecks. The formula was very pigmented and took two thin coats for full coverage. This shade dries to a satin finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Photos show two coats of Seabright with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Catch Ya Later, Dudes
Catch Ya Later, Dudes features a bright turquoise jelly base filled with iridescent flakies in shades of gold, orange and green. The formula was easy to work with though I recommend waiting a little extra time between coats to avoid dragging and build up flakie coverage. Photos show three coats of Catch Ya Later, Dudes with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Frosty The Snowman
Frosty The Snowman features a pale grey crelly base filled with iridescent flakies in shades of pink and orange along with lots of tiny holo flecks. Another easy to work with formula that built up nicely in three coats. This shade does dry down with to a satin finish with some flakie texture so top coat is recommended for a smooth shiny finish. Just Keep Swimming
Just Keep Swimming features an vibrant blue jelly base filled with shifty falkies in shades of fuchsia, orange, gold and green and lots of tiny silver holo flecks. THe formula built up to full coverage in three coats. Photos show three coats of Just Keep Swimming with one coat of Seche Vite top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
