More shopping my collection today. This time I'm venturing in the pink-gold-copper zone of my Femme Fatales. Let's take a look at swatches.
Coral Grove
Coral Grove features a clear base filled with fine pink and copper shimmer, tiny silver holo glitters, small pink glitters and small copper flakes. The formula was easy to work with though sheer. After three coats my nail lines still show through. Photos show three coats of Coral Grove with one coat of Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
2084
2084 features a blush taupe base filled with a fine red to gold shifting shimmer. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. However it was so close after two that those with shorter nails or a less distinct nail line than me will probably find two is enough. This dries down a satin finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Photos show three coats of 2084 with one coat of Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
We're All Just Stardust
We're All Just Stardust features a shimmer copper-gold base filled with a variety of small gold holo glitters, small copper flecks and small metallic magenta flakies. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for 90% coverage. My nail lines still show through a bit but in most lighting the shimmer obscures them. Photos show three coats of We're All Just Stardust with one coat of Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
The Egotrip
The Egotrip features a clear based filled with pink to green shifting shimmer, a variety of small holo gold glitters and tiny magenta metallic flakies. The formula was easy to work with though a bit sheer. Photos show three coats of The Egotrip with one coat of Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Autumnal Light
Autumnal Light features a bright copper scatter holo base with small holo copper glitters. The formula was excellent and took two coats for full coverage. This shade dries down with a teeny bit of texture from the glitters, so top coat is recommended for a perfect finish. Sandcrawler
Sandcrawler features a rusty tangerine orange based with a super strong lime grellow shimmer. The formula was easy to work with and took three coats for full coverage. It dried down to a satin finish so top coat is recommended for shine. Photos show three coats of Sandcrawler with one coat of Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Final Thoughts
