Today I have the Zoya Sensual Collection for Fall 2019 to share with you. This collection is predominantly cremes with a few shimmers in the mix. Let's take a look at swatches.
Joss
Joss is a light pink nude creme. The formula was nicely pigmented and easy to work with taking two coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Joss with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Kinsley
Kinsley is a medium rosy taupe creme. The formula was super pigmented and only took one coat for full coverage. Photos show one coat of Kinsley with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Foster
Foster is a milk chocolate brown creme. The formula on this one was a bit finicky and patchy. I used two coats here for full coverage but I did have to touch up a few sheer spots. Briar
Briar is a warm petal pink creme. The formula was nice to work with and took two coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Briar with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Margaret
Margaret is a strawberry red creme. Another great two coat formula. Photos show two coats of Margaret with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Rashida
Rashida is a ruby red metallic shimmer. The formula was nicely pigmented and took two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Rashida with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Etta
Etta is an aubergine metallic shimmer. Same easy two coat formula as the majority of this collection. Photos show two coats of Etta with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Ripley
Ripley is a warm berry purple creme. I used two coats here for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Ripley with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Michaela
Michaela is a deep plum purple creme. The formula was easy to work with and took two coats for full coverage. I did find that it dried down noticeable darker than it looks in the bottle though. Vesper
Vesper is a deep blue-toned purple creme. Another pigmented two coat formula here. Photos show two coats of Vesper with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Elliot
Elliot is a deep sapphire blue creme. The formula was super pigmented and took two thin coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Elliot with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Ashton
Ashton features a black base filled with tiny silver flecks. The formula was easy to work with and took two coats for full coverage. Photos show two coats of Ashton with one coat of Zoya Naked Manicure Glossy Seal top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
Final Thoughts

I find this collection pretty disappointing. Zoya has been playing it safe for a couple years now. I haven't bought anything from them since their holo flake polish release.
ReplyDeleteThere are some nice shades in here if you don't already own something similar, but I agree, they are pretty safe. I would love a rainbow of colours in the same finish as Aurora and Dream.
