Today I have the Femme Fatale Cosmetics September 2017 COTM to share with you. It's springtime in Australia right now, so I'm switching it up from the darker fall colours I've been wearing lately. Let's take a look at swatches.
Paper Clouds features a sheer pale blue base with a sprinkling of iridsecent hexes, tiny holo glitters and a fine red-pink shimmer. The formula was a little tricky to work with. I found it somewhat patchy and had some issues with self-leveling. Three coats were needed for full coverage and it dried to a waxy finish. Top coat is a must with this one because it really helped disguise the uneven spots where the polish didn't quite self-level. Unfortunately this one is a miss for me. Is the final look pretty? Yes. However, the formula left something to be desired. Maybe this colour calls to you enough to make the extra application worth it. You can find Femme Fatale on
