Today I have the three Zoya Perfect Lipsticks that were released alongside the new Wanderlust collection. These pink hues are great low maintenance options for summer. Let's take a look at swatches.
Kay
Kay is described as a cream sheer red. To me it looks more pink than red but sheer is definitely the right description. This applies more like a tinted balm with sheer colour payoff and a very creamy formula. It feels really comfortable on the lips and since it's a light wash of colour you don't have to worry about obvious fading or wear.
Kirby
Kirby is described as a semi-sheer watermelon pink. If the neon looking bullet scares you don't worry. It applies much more subdued on the lips. This shade is more pigmented than Kay, but as described, it is still relatively sheer for a lipstick. It has a creamy comfortable to wear formula. Like Kay, this will likely fade gracefully if you're the type of person who hates having to touch up throughout the day.
Kitty
Kitty is described as a neutral pink. It's neutral in colour, but not so much in finish since there's lots of shimmer in there! This shade had medium colour payoff. My natural lip colour still peeks through but the shimmery (almost frosty) pink is predominant. If you like shimmer, this could be a good option for you. Like the other two shades, this felt creamy and comfortable on the lips.
Conclusion
My personal favorite of the three is Kirby. All three shades are great options to apply and forget since they're neutral enough to fade gracefully. You can find Zoya on
