Aliquid Lacquer Vestalia Swatches & Review

Hello readers,
Today I have an interesting neutral polish to share with you.  I was on the fence when I bought this shade.  I though it may lean a little to red and clash with my skin tone but I'm so glad I took the risk because I love how this polish looks on me.

Vestalia features a light beige crelly base with fine red flecks and a soft copper shimmer.  The formula was very easy to work with.  I often find that with lighter crellies I have to keep an eye out for sheer patches, but this one applied evenly with no extra effort whatsoever.  After three coats it was 90% opaque, you can still see my nail line peeking through at some angles but it's not very noticeable.  Photos show three coats of Vestalia with one coat of Girly Bits Glitter Glaze in daylight spectrum lighting.

This polish ended up being an amazing interesting nude with my skin tone and I can see it as the base of lots of nail art to come.  You can find Aliquid Lacquer on

Happy polishing,

Michelle

  1. Vestalia is a very interesting polish, I like it so much! I didn't get it 'cause I was afraid it might not be a match with my skin tone... And I appear to be right. Anyway, it's a gorgeous one and I think it suits you!
