Today I have one of the more recent Picture Polish collaboration shades to share with you. I'm addicted to their flecked holo finish and this one is a blue leaning teal, so there was no question of my not owning it.
Calm features a blue leaning teal jelly base filled with Picture Polish's flecked bijoux holo shimmer. The formula was a breeze to work with. I used three coats to reach opacity, but if you don't have a distinct nail line two would be enough. It dried 100% smooth and shiny, I just added top coat for longevity. Photos show three coats of Calm with one coat of CND Super Shiney top coat in daylight spectrum lighting.
